We believe this constitutes a comprehensive set of services that should meet the customer’s requirements. The only exclusion is the Authorised Repair Centre (ARC) service, which will most likely be supplier by the Hardware manufacturer. We will of course liaise with the ARC to ensure loop stock is fully managed.
